- Email Notifications
There are two main types of email notifications that you'll receive from WordPress.com. You may want to designate a different email addresses for each of these. Also covers comment email notifications, likes or follow email notifications, and troubleshooting email notifications that aren't getting to your inbox.
- Email Address
The email address registered with your WordPress.com account is your unique identifier. You will notice that when you sign up, we do not require any other information. As such, this is how we are able to verify ownership of blogs and accounts; it is very important to remember and update it as necessary.
- Email Forwarding
Email forwarding allows you to set up virtual email addresses that contain your custom domain and forward messages to the email address you choose.
