AddThis is the easiest, most popular sharing tool in the world. And yes, you can put it on your WordPress.com blog with minimal effort. Here is what you need to do:

1. Go to the AddThis website.
2. Select WordPress as the service and configure the other options.
   
3. Click Get Your Button.
4. On the next page, scroll down to WordPress.com Sidebar Button Instructions. Copy the code in the text box.
   
5. Paste the code into a sidebar Text Widget.  You will get the Add This button, appropriately linked for your visitors to enjoy.
