Deleted Posts and Pages

The Trash status of WordPress.com makes it extremely difficult to accidentally delete items from your blog. If you have previously moved an item to your trash folder, you can restore it.
If an item, however, has been permanently deleted from your blog by an authorized user, there is no way to recover it. As such, be very careful when permanently deleting anything from your blog. You still might be able to recover it, however, using Google’s cache. If the post or page has been published long enough for Google to index it, there may be some hope. Here’s what you can try:
1) Go to http://www.google.com
2) Submit a search for the post/page URL (very helpful if you have it) or a combination of your blog’s URL and the post/page title.
3) If you receive a matching result, click the Cached link.

If you’re lucky and have a recent version of the page, you can then simply recreate a new post or page with the cached content.
If you have accidentally deleted content from your editor…
There may also be some hope for you. You can first try and use the undo commands:
CTRL+Z (Windows)
CMD+Z (Mac)
This may not work in every situation. In this case, you should also try and take advantage of our Post Revisions.
