Troubleshooting
If you go to publish a new post or page on your blog and find that the Visual Editor is absent from view, please don’t panic. This is most likely due to a browser cache error. Here is how you should proceed:
Force reload your web browser. Make sure to let the page load completely before start editing.
- Windows: CTRL + F5
- Mac/Apple: Apple+R or command + R
- Linux: F5
If you can see the Visual Editor on another browser or computer, the problem is related to your browser. Please visit Browser Issues page for more troubleshooting hints.
Missing Media Icons

If you are missing your media icons, this most likely means that you possess the role of Contributor on the blog you are currently using. Contributors do not have the ability to upload files, so the icons will not appear.
