Changing the Author

The Author module is used to change the author of a post. Just use the dropdown menu to select the new author and update or publish the post to save the changes.

Screen Options

If you don’t see the module, it’s high likely that it has been hidden in your Screen Options. The Screen Options pull down tab is located in the upper right corner of your Dashboard. It can be used to show/hide modules on some screens and show/hide columns on other screens. Make sure that the Author checkbox is enabled to see the Author module.

Note: The author link in your posts automatically shows up when there are multiple authors (with published posts) on the blog. When your blog only has one author, the author link is hidden.
