Visit a video page on the Google Video site. Copy the URL from the address bar.
In your blog’s Dashboard, go to Posts->Add New or Pages->Add New. Click on the Add Video icon found within the Upload/Insert icon group of your visual editor toolbar.
Select the From URL tab. Paste the URL of the video into the URL field. Finally, click the Insert into Post button.
The Google video shortcode will then be inserted into your post/page. Publish the post/page, and the video will look like the one below:
