To embed a Videolog video on your blog, visit Videolog.tv to find a video to use on your blog. Once you find the one you want to insert, click the WordPress logo and copy the generated shortcode.
Paste the previously copied shortcode into your blog post here on WordPress.com. We’ll use the following for this example:

After publishing, the video will look like below.
Additionally you can specify the width and height with parameters. If you choose only one, the video aspect ratio will be kept.
[videolog 515326 width=320]
[videolog 515326 height=240]
[videolog 515326 width=640 height=480]
