Embed, Shortcode, Video, Vodpod
You can post just about any video to your WordPress.com blog using Vodpod’s “Post to WordPress“ bookmarklet. The “Post to WordPress” bookmarlet will work on just about any site that offers Flash video with an embed code.
Using the Bookmarklet
1. Install the “Post to WordPress“ bookmarklet in your browser’s bookmarks bar.
2. Navigate to the webpage where your video is available.
3. Click on the “Post to WordPress” bookmarklet. A pop up window may appear showing you the videos available in the webpage you loaded and asking you to confirm which one you want to embed in your blog, otherwise skip to step 5.
4. Click on the “Yes this is the video” button for the desired video.
5. From here, you will see a window displaying the preview of the video and asking you for your WordPress.com login details (don’t worry, it’s safe) as well as a very tiny post editor.

6. Click on “Publish” to immediately publish the post on your blog, or “Send to blog editor” to work with the post in the WordPress.com editor that you’re probably more familiar with.
The resulting video will look something like this:
Chrome and Firefox users
If you want something a bit more fancy than the bookmarklet, there is also an extension for Chrome and an add-on for Firefox.
Additional Information
Vodpod also has a specialized widget you can use to post videos in the sidebar. See the Vodpod Videos Widget help page for details.
